Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström divests Ge-Te Media

Bonnier News Local has acquired all shares in Ge-Te Media Aktiebolag from Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström and a number of minority shareholders. Through the Mitt i Group, Ge-Te Media publishes approximately thirty fully advertising-funded local newspapers, primarily focused on the Stockholm region.

The divestment forms part of Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström’s strategy to focus its portfolio on core holdings that meet the company’s long-term criteria.

HWF Advokater AB acted as legal advisor to Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström and the other sellers in connection with the divestment.
