HWF Advokater advises Texa Fastighetsförvaltning in connection with a new Willys store in Helsingborg

In the coming autumn/winter 2026 the grocery chain Willys will open a new grocery store at Regementsvägen in Helsingborg. The premises will thereby be taken over by Willys from City Gross. Both Willys and City Gross are companies in the Axfood Group. The real property in question is owned by Texa Fastighetsförvaltning.

HWF Advokater has advised Texa Fastighetsförvaltning in connection with the negotiations with Axfood regarding a new tenancy agreement for the new Willys-store.
