HARKE Group, based in Germany, has acquired the Vendico Group from Trifolico AB. The Vendico Group consist of Vendico Chemicals Aktiebolag, Inventicon AB and OMNI INTERNATIONAL AB, which operates in the Nordic chemical industry with a focus on marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals.
With the acquisition of Vendico Group, HARKE Group further strengthen its presence in the Nordic market.
