About the firm
HWF Advokater was established on 1 January 2018, however, it originates in a business established in Helsingborg by Mannheimer & Zetterlöf in the 1980’s. The office in Helsingborg then came to expand within Mannheimer Swartling. A broad, and long-term, role as advisor has always been the office’s signature and the lawyers who have worked there over the years have been conducting their work in that spirit. The so-called “Helsingborg model” includes a combination of broad knowledge in business law and individual cutting-edge expertise in different areas as well as long and close client relationships. According to this philosophy, it is not enough to handle each individual case correctly from a legal point of view. Instead, our procedure is based on a belief that long-term co-operation with our client companies and their employees will provide the client with the best results over time.
The founders of HWF – Åsa Hansdotter, Fredrik Widjer and Lisa Fennhagen – joined the Helsingborg office in the early 2000’s. As we now build a new business within the framework of HWF, we want to continue to operate and manage the spirit that always characterized the business here. In the same way as before, focusing on the client will be our top priority and our commitment to each client is to provide first-class legal services and solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs. Simply, tailor-made business law.
We apply a True Partnership model which means that the firm’s earnings are shared equally between the partners and that the employed lawyers’ salaries are based on experience. The model favours co-operation and efficient utilization of the expertise available at the firm. We are convinced that this model contributes in optimizing the advice given to our clients.
We work with, among others, the following areas;
- Corporate Contracts
- Corporate Law
- Data Protection
