Onlinezon AB, which conducts business under the brand Quicktest, has acquired assets in the form of brand, digital platform and other intangible assets, etc., from companies belonging to Dynamic Code’s founder Anne Kihlgren after this company acquired the assets from Dynamic Code’s bankruptcy estate. In connection with the acquisition, Anne Kihlgren’s company has received shares in Onlinezon.
The purpose of the acquisition is to create innovative tests and services that meet the individual’s unique needs with a focus on profitability and long-term development.
