Bong AB (publ) has entered into an agreement with Intermail to support Intermail’s clients and offer the main body of Intermail’s Nordic sales team employment when Intermail ceases their envelope business and production in the Nordics. The production of envelopes will continue in Bong’s current production facilities. The implementation is planned for March 2018 and includes royalty payments from Bong to Intermail over the span of three years.
